HCR - Certifications
Repot has been created that list New York State Home Care Registry (HCR) registry number and date, if applicable there is an expiration date on the report as well.
EVV Visit Report
The EVV Visit Report layout has been enhanced in the PDF format to print one page and better display signatures. Signatures only print in the PDF export option for this report.
2. Patient Portal Update:
As requested by several of our agency partners, the patient portal will now display all scheduled future visits with caregivers assigned and continue to show all completed visits.

The new videos are on the FAQ - EVV page in the Help center.
The videos are available in English as well as these languages with more languages to come

Update to FAQs
FAQ regarding Mutual Services (Shared mutual and Set mutual) have been updated. Go to FAQ - Patients - Mutual.
FAQ under Portal has been updated with guidance on how to reset passwords
User Guides Added
Under Documentation - User Manual new guides have been published.
Admin Portal - Agency Set up guide - checklist for setting up an agency and guide on all the Admin portal settings required to complete the set up. Includes: users, roles, contract/payors, visit types, departments, HR compliance, Coordinators and Finance/payroll settings.
EVV Troubleshooting Guide - guidance on how to use the EVV troubleshooting feature within Visiting Aide to troubleshoot Mobile and Telephonic visits.
Managing Visits - guidance on how to handle visit exceptions - make corrections - eTimesheet process and a review of the most common exception reasons.
User Management Guide - guidance on how to add users, update passwords, role assignment and setting up roles/permissions for the user role.
Bill Rate Change Process - guidance on how to update bill rates and maintain history of prior bill rates.
