Q: Why I can’t see history visit information on employee calendar?

A: Employee calendar shows visits for rolling twelve months. If you need see history data go to Visits dashboard and select desired time frame.

Q. When do caregivers receive notifications?

1. Schedule visit:  15 min before visit starts and 15 min before visit ends.

2. Floating schedule:  15 min before weekly Authorized hours run out.

3. Weekly missing hours ( Alert goes out on Monday)
