Payor Changes


Q. How can change payor?

A. Please navigate to Admin Settings, Visit Types. There you will create your visit types for the new payor.

Once you have added the new visit types you must turn them on for the coordinator by navigation to admin, settings, coordinator type:


Then navigate to one or more patients that have one payor ending( you must indicate the end date) and add the new payor using the pyor tab. Indicate the start date, do not forget the member ID to ensure billing goes through:

Add new , Then you will add the new authorization ( do not forget to end the previous authorization on the date the old payor ended) with the appropriate payor and visit type.If you have visits that already occurred under the previous payor they should update overnight, if you have any issue please reach out to support with any questions!
