Agency: Set-Up Patient


Step 1:

Link patient with the Nurse.

Step 2:

Add visit to Patient -> Clinical -> Nurse Visit add New.

Caregiver/Nurse Portal: Add Assessment

Step 1:

Add nurse visit first.

Step 3:

After creating and saving visit, click on Assessment tab and fill out assessment questions

Agency: Approve and Report


Step 1:

Open the visit and click on assessment tab.

Step 2:

Review assessment data and scroll down to the page end and click on Approve bouton.

Step 3:

Go to reports and run Assessment report. Click to arrow next to Export bouton and pick desire payor to export to.

Step 4:

When export file is generated use payer provided instruction to upload downloaded file to payor server.
