Visiting Aid Community,

Welcome to this months’ Visiting Aid newsletter for product updates and industry insight.

I will begin by commending our Home Care Providers who’ve verified over 50% of their authorized hours utilizing Electronic Visit Verification. The NYSDOH has already started reviewing EVV submissions and will continue this practice going forward. In order to confirm successfully transmitted EVV data, go to Reports; Admin; EVV State Aggregator Log.

We also added a Weekly Pre-Claim Review report so agencies can proactively ensure that utilized hours matches authorized hours. Administrators should run utilization reports daily to ensure the proper allocation of hours distributed throughout the week.

FI RFO Update

If you were not awarded the Lead FI contract, the deadline to request a debriefing is February 26th. It is important to understand that the State has not set an effective date for the Lead FI contract, therefor all FIs should continue to operate as normal for the foreseeable future.

Help Center

There will be a help center website launching soon! You will be able to review frequently asked questions, quick video tutorials and other pertinent information to help you and your staff manage the Visiting Aid suite. This will be available before the end of this month.

** Quick Alert Reminders **

- Effective March 15th, all caregivers will be required to have a Social Security number on file. This is to ensure accurate EVV submissions and conflict reporting. Please update your caregivers’ profiles accordingly!

- For Senior Whole Health contracts, please make sure to complete the HHAeXchange SFTP credentials.

As always, please reach out to our support team if you have any questions or concerns.
