Q: What if I want to keep my Care Plan Tasks Codes from my Prior System?
A: Under Admin - Agency - Clinical - you activate the care plan tasks you want to use and then edit the task and pop-up box will appear to allow you to enter the Alternate Code you wish to use.
Q: Can my caregiver use the same EVV code from our previous System?
A: YES - Visiting Aid has the ability to have multiple type of ID for employees - Employee ID that can be imported from prior software system, auto generated or manually entered by the Agency; EVV Pin - this is imported into Visiting Aid from your prior software system; and Payroll ID that is used for importing into your payroll software system. This can be the same as the Employee ID or a different ID based on your Agency's needs.
