How to get the Update
Mark a task as Refused or Not Due/Not Done.
The caregiver can enter a refusal or a reason a task was not completed or due to be completed during their shift.
Step 1: Check the Task a wheel will appear.
Step 2: Click on the wheel
Step 3: Select the reason the task was not completed or due for the shift.
Step 4: SAVE.
The reason selected will show under the task.
On the visit in the Visiting Aid portal - the task will have a line through it and the reason not completed under the task. This will also show on the EVV Visit Report.
2. Notes related to Tasks
When developing the patient's individualized Plan of Care - notes can be written per task to provide additional direction to the caregiver regarding the task. These notes are now visible on the mobile app.
3. Address on Schedule View
The patient's address is now viewable on the Schedule - "My Schedule" page.
Reminder: The caregiver can obtain Directions to the Patient's home from the Patient's page -
scroll to the bottom - select the patient and click on the directions icon, this will open a text box with the patient's address and ask if you want to get directions - if YES - google maps opens with the patient's address highlighted and click the directions button.
4. App Overview Video - Additional Languages
the overview video for the Mobile App is now available in 18 Languages. To access go to FAQ, EVV and open / share the link for the language needed.

5. How to obtain the Update.
Based on the caregiver phone settings - the update may be automatically installed.
If it is not installed automatically - go to the Apple Store or the Google Play Store and search for the Visiting Aid Mobile App and click the UPDATE button.
