QuickBooks Tutorial
Step 1: Create your QuickBooks account if you haven't already.
Step 2: Now, go to the Visiting Aid portal and navigate to
Admin -> Settings -> Agency -> Miscellaneous
Step 3: Click on the 'Connect QuickBooks' button and follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Select your company and click on next button.
After clicking on the 'Next' button, you will be redirected to the Visiting Aid portal. If the connection is established successfully,
you will see the message 'Connection established successfully.' If this message is not displayed to you, please contact our helpline.
Step 4: After successfully establishing the connection, you can proceed to Billing -> Submission Batches for syncing your submission batches to Quickbooks.
Select any batch by clicking on 'Billing Batch' and you will be shown the following screen.
Step 5: Now, you can sync your data by clicking on the 'Sync QuickBooks' button.
When your invoice is successfully created, you will see the Invoice Number displayed on your screen.
