Release Notes for October 30, 2025
This release includes the following:
Ability to delete employee criminal background check.
Add a single visit to the calendar.
Link to the employee profile from the schedule.
Social Day Program process for confirming and processing visits/encounters.
Report Update: Schedule Report - Columns added for Caregiver and for Coordinator.
Enrollment Portal Update: Non-Admin reasons updated.
Ability to delete employee criminal background check. If the user has the permission to delete under Employee - Compliance a field has been added to be able to delete a line item under criminal background check when information was entered /updated in error.
2. Add a single visit to the calendar. When a client has a floating authorization, you can add a single visit to the calendar outside the master schedule. Click on the calendar box for the day in which you want to add a schedule/visit/shift. This will open the schedule box where you enter the start / end time and caregiver (or Open Shift).
3. Link to employee page from calendar schedule. When you open the calendar schedule there will be a link on the assigned caregiver that will take you to the employee's profile page.
4. Social Day Program Process update. The process for social day program has been enhanced. The authorization will be entered. A master schedule will be completed. If the patient does not show for a scheduled day - it is marked as a "missed visit" with the cancelation reason. Then each week - go to the Billing - Create tab and a new subtab has been created for confirming all the visits/days of attendance at one time.
Step 1: Create Authorization - Master Schedule
Step 2 - Each week - go to Billing - Creating - Confirm Visits - search for the visits - check all those to be confirmed and then click the confirm visits button.
Step 3 - Billing as usual (via Ready for Submission). NOTE Any day in which the patient did not attend needs to marked as missed or NOT checked below.
5. Report Update: Schedule Report -- 2 columns have been added to the report - Coordinator and Caregiver assigned.
6. Enrollment Portal Update: Non-Admit Reasons The non-admit reasons have been updated based on feedback from our partners and to be more in line with LHCSA reasons.
